Dolby Atmos is available on select Prime Video, Netflix, and Disney+ titles when connected to compatible equipment. Subject to your subscription plan, Internet service, device capabilities, and content availability.

To be able to access local apps such as Neon, Sky Sport Now, ThreeNow and TVNZ+ ensure that you pick New Zealand as your location in your Amazon account. Here’s how:

On your desktop:

• Login to your Amazon account on your desktop.
• Click on “Manage Your Content and Devices” from the menu under your name on the top right corner.
• Under “Preferences”- choose the “Country/Region Settings” option to set New Zealand as your location.

On your mobile:

• Login to your Amazon account on the app and click on the menu option at the bottom right.
• Under “Settings” pick the option of “Country & Language”
• Choose New Zealand as your country/region and click on “Done”
