This streamlined stainless steel BBQ includes a glass viewing window, set into a double skinned stainless steel roasting hood. This feature gives you a view of the full 800 x 440mm cooking area, letting you monitor your BBQ while retaining heat.

With piezo ignition on each of the six burners, the Matrix gives you extreme temperature control, meaning you can cook with both direct and indirect heat. Stainless steel burners and flame tamers improve heat distribution, reduce cold spots and flare-ups.

Extend your cooking area with the flush mounted high output side-burner and lift up the drop-down side shelf for added prep space. The Matrix comes with a cover included, so you can be assured Gasmate has you covered!
