Please note: gift cards can be delivered when the whole country is at Alert Level 3 or lower. If you choose to order a gift card while any part of New Zealand is in Alert Level 4, your order will be processed now and delivered as soon as possible.

Valid for 2 years from date of issue. Gift cards are redeemable for products at Whitcoulls stores (excluding airports) in New Zealand and online at www.whitcoulls.co.nz. The card cannot be reloaded. Lost, altered, damaged or stolen cards will not be refunded or replaced. No change will be given, unused balances at the expiry date will not be refunded. Card value cannot be redeemed for cash or credited to an account or when purchasing Lotto, Gift Cards or Gift Vouchers, phone cards, iTune cards, stamps or eBooks.
